
Berkay advises employers and corporate clients on employment, workforce and industrial relations matters. He holds an LL.B. and an LL.M. in Private Law from İstanbul University. His practice covers individual and collective employment matters, employer-side advisory, trade union relations, collective bargaining and cross-border workforce arrangements. He also advises on business immigration matters, including work and residence permits, foreign employee mobility and citizenship-related processes. His established experience includes advising on the legal position of foreign employees working in Türkiye and Turkish employees working abroad.
Berkay combines preventive legal advice with an active dispute resolution practice, representing clients in employment, commercial and property-related disputes and providing both mandatory and voluntary mediation services. His practice also covers real estate and construction matters, intellectual property, enforcement and insolvency-related disputes. As a registered mediator, he provides mediation services across employment, commercial, consumer, intellectual property and insurance matters.
