Berhudan Hüseyin Sayım, MSc

Hüseyin advises local and international companies, financial institutions, investors and technology businesses on corporate, commercial and transactional matters. He holds an LL.B. from İstanbul University and an MSc in Financial Economics from Galatasaray University. His practice encompasses day-to-day commercial advisory, corporate governance, commercial contracts, strategic partnerships, joint ventures and complex business arrangements. He regularly advises companies on structuring and negotiating contractual relationships, shareholder and investor matters, internal governance frameworks and a broad range of commercial documentation.
